VEYin offers embodied inner work inspired by Hakomi, mindfulness and Yoga.

Services may include

Hakomi individual sessions

Retreats

Free introductory calls

Sessions may be offered online or in person in Konstanz, in German or English.

The exact details of each service, including format, duration, location, price and availability, will be shared before booking.

4. Free Introductory Call

A free introductory call gives you space to ask questions, share what brings you here and explore whether VEYin may be the right space for you.

The introductory call does not create an obligation to book a paid service.

5. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after both sides have agreed on the appointment details.

For paid services, the booking may also depend on payment or another agreed confirmation process.

Please make sure that the information you provide during booking is correct and up to date.

6. Payment

Prices for paid services will be communicated before booking.

Payment terms, due dates and payment methods will be shared individually or listed on the relevant service page.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before or at the time of the session, class, workshop or retreat.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact VEYin as early as possible.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may depend on the type of service booked.

For individual sessions, cancellations made with reasonable notice may be rescheduled where possible.

For workshops, Yoga classes or retreats, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be shared before booking.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you book a paid service online, by email or through another distance communication method, you may have a legal right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

In many EU distance contracts, consumers usually have a 14 day withdrawal period. Certain exceptions may apply, especially if a service has already been fully provided with your prior consent.

Details about any applicable withdrawal right, withdrawal period, withdrawal procedure and exceptions should be provided before the booking is completed.

9. Health and Personal Responsibility

VEYin services are intended to support self awareness, body awareness, mindfulness, Yoga practice and inner exploration.

They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency support.

If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, acute crisis or medical symptoms, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.

You are responsible for deciding whether a session, class, workshop or retreat is suitable for you. Please inform VEYin before participation if there is anything important regarding your physical, emotional or psychological wellbeing.

10. Participation in Yoga, Workshops and Retreats

Participation in Yoga, workshops and retreats is voluntary.

Please listen to your body and respect your own limits. You are encouraged to pause, adapt or stop an exercise at any time.

VEYin may refuse or discontinue participation if this is necessary for safety, group wellbeing or the respectful holding of the space.

11. Results and Personal Process

Inner work is personal and individual.

VEYin does not promise specific results or outcomes.

The process may support awareness, self connection and inner clarity, but each person’s experience is different and unfolds in its own rhythm.

12. Respectful Conduct

All participants are expected to act respectfully toward themselves, the practitioner and other participants.

Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior may lead to exclusion from a session, class, workshop or retreat.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, texts, images, concepts, materials and resources provided by VEYin are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is collected, used and protected.
