About

Vanessa Bek — Hakomi Practitioner & Yoga Teacher

The Way In

VEYin is the practice of Vanessa Bek, a Hakomi practitioner based in Konstanz, offering mindful inner work through Hakomi, mindfulness and Yoga.

It offers a grounded space to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with yourself through body awareness, movement, breath and loving presence. At the heart of VEYin is the mindful exploration of inner patterns. Not to fix or optimize yourself, but to meet yourself with more clarity, compassion and honesty.

Through gentle self-study, nervous system awareness and conscious movement, VEYin supports you in sensing what is happening beneath the surface and finding a more aligned way of being from within.

VEYin is the way into presence, self-connection and embodied inner clarity.

HAKOMI Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy

Hakomi is a mindful, body-based way of exploring yourself. It helps people notice what is happening inside. In the body, in emotions, in thoughts, in impulses and in old patterns through curiosity instead of pressure.

At its core, Hakomi does not try to “fix” a person. It creates a safe and loving space in which a person can gently discover how they are organized inside. What they believe, what they protect, what they long for, and what may be ready to change.

The depth of Hakomi lies in its simplicity.

We slow down, we notice, we listen, and we allow the body to reveal what the mind often cannot explain.

The Five pillars of HAKOMI

Mindfulness

"We begin by listening inward."

Nonviolence

"Change does not happen through pressure. It happens through safety, awareness and loving presence."

Body-Mind Holism

"The body is not separate from the process. It is part of the way in."

Organicity

"Your system knows more than you think. We create the conditions to listen."

Unity

"Inner work is not separate from life. It changes how we meet ourselves, others and the world."
