A Hakomi session is a gentle space for mindful self study. You may explore body sensations, emotions, thoughts, impulses or recurring patterns at a slow and respectful pace.

No. You do not need to arrive with a clear topic. Sometimes the process begins simply by slowing down, noticing what is present and allowing the body to guide the way inward.

VEYin Yoga

VEYin Yoga offers classes and workshops that combine traditional Yoga techniques with mindful self study, body awareness and nervous system regulation.

The practice is not about performance. It is about presence.

Through movement, breath and awareness, Yoga becomes a way to reconnect with yourself, listen to the body and return to a more grounded inner state.

Yes. VEYin Yoga is gentle and mindful. You do not need previous Yoga experience. The focus is presence, breath, body awareness and listening to your own rhythm.

VEYin Yoga includes movement, but it is not about performance or pushing the body. It combines traditional Yoga techniques with mindful self study and nervous system regulation.

VEYin Retreats

VEYin Retreats offer time and space to step out of everyday demands and turn inward with greater presence.

Inspired by Hakomi, mindfulness and Yoga, the retreats combine embodied practice, gentle inner exploration and conscious connection in a calm and grounded setting. They are designed for people who want more than a pause from daily life — people who are ready to slow down, listen more deeply and reconnect with what is truly present within them.

At the heart of each retreat is the VEYin philosophy:
The Way in.

Through mindful movement, traditional yoga practices, breath, stillness and Hakomi-inspired self-study, participants are invited to explore their inner experience with curiosity, compassion and loving presence. The focus is not on performance or self-optimization, but on awareness, integration and a more honest relationship with oneself.
