VEYin is an embodied inner work practice inspired by Hakomi, mindfulness and Yoga.

It offers a grounded space to slow down, listen inward and reconnect with yourself through body awareness, movement, breath and loving presence.

VEYin means The Way In.

It is the way into presence, self connection and embodied inner clarity. The practice invites you to meet yourself with more curiosity, compassion and honesty.

Hakomi is a mindful, body based way of exploring yourself.

It helps you notice what is happening inside. In the body, in emotions, in thoughts, in impulses and in old patterns.

The process is gentle and respectful. It does not try to fix you. It creates space to listen, notice and understand yourself more deeply.

A Hakomi session is a quiet space for mindful self study.

You may explore feelings, body sensations, thoughts, memories, impulses or recurring patterns. The pace is gentle. There is no pressure to perform or explain everything.

The intention is to support more awareness, self trust and inner clarity.

A session may support you if you want to understand recurring emotional or relational patterns, reconnect with your body and inner needs, work with stress, inner tension or overwhelm, explore questions of identity, purpose or transition, or meet yourself with more kindness and presence.

You do not need previous experience. You are welcome to begin where you are. The work is guided gently and respects your own rhythm.

VEYin is not about fixing or optimizing yourself. It is about meeting yourself with more clarity, compassion and honesty.

Hakomi individual sessions are available online or in person in Konstanz.

VEYin Yoga combines traditional Yoga techniques with mindful self study, body awareness and nervous system regulation.

The focus is not on performance. The focus is presence, breath, movement and a deeper connection with yourself.

VEYin Retreats offer time and space to step out of everyday demands and turn inward with greater presence.

They are inspired by Hakomi, mindfulness and Yoga and combine embodied practice, gentle inner exploration and conscious connection in a calm and grounded setting.
